Description

I am using the project module right now for tracking the development of the establishment of several Drupal web-environments with a team. The functionality is sufficient, but what we really need is a more visual representation of the projects and issues, like colored threads on a timeline. At this point it is quite hard to get a good overview of all the projects and issues in their respective phases.

We could provide some compensation for the development of such a feature. Would somebody be interested in putting some effort in this?

Thanks

Cleaning up old issues as major displacement activity for more pressing things I don't want to do. :)

The original post was essentially requesting the Project module be a task management module, rather than a software development and issue tracking system. While an interesting idea for an entirely separate module, this does not seem like an appropriate extension for the Project module. See supporting discussion in http://drupal.org/node/39912

Actually, even better to mark it as related to #2110: Non-'software focused' project management. I suggest discussion of such issues be consolidated in that one issue—given there isn't much recent discussion along these lines happening anyway.

The addition of the link to #2110: Non-'software focused' project management makes this a duplicate, rather than closed.
