All the errors come from fixes for Internet Explorer (6 and 7). In the latest version I have moved all IE CSS to a separate file, thickbox_ie.css.

On the settings page under "Advanced" you have a checkbox "Do not include special CSS for Internet Explorer" with the description "If you have added the Thickbox IE CSS to you themes IE CSS file or simply do not need it you can check this box."
