The company you suggested has a web analysis tool very similar to Website grader: http://website.grader.com/
Grader gives you a lot of information on tweaks you can do to your website.

One of the primary ways "SEO Marketing" companies operate is exactly like this:
Go to an unrelated, but already successful website.
Make a post containing a link to their own website.
Hope that their target website will pick up a few more links and mythical "search engine juice" from being "mentioned" by a bigger better site.
This is not a substitute for having good content, good reputation, and relevant linkbacks. It is abusive, negative spam.
Most SEO company workers have no idea what they are doing, and just charge money for doing shit like this even on websites that have a system in place to prevent exploitative tactics like this. Websites that use rel=nofollow on outgoing links do not provide any search engine rankings, and posting spam on sites like that just harms your own companies reputation.
For an example of a useless "SEO" company trying to use this despicable (and annoying, uninformed, ineffective) tactic, See Here. Seeing a company do this just demonstrates how unprofessional they are. If nothing else, it just gives us ISP maintainers a list of domains to blacklist.
