Could the menu background wrap?

See http://d-theme.com/artsy with the long menu. The white characters disappear when they flow over to the white background. http://d-theme.com/dreamy, http://d-theme.com/sky and some other menus flow onto multiple lines. See http://drupal.org/node/343829#comment-1293392 for a change to Dreamy.
