Hi,
I'm new here on the forum and also a new user of Drupal.
I have created several sites with different technologies and CMS (especially Joomla) but never with Drupal.
Today I decided to create my first site in Drupal and I need, if you allow, the assistance of experienced people here on the forum to start and make the right choice.
I created a space for my school student, I did some research and I need to know please among the list of issues cited in the list below:
1 - What Drupal can handle by default without installing third party components.
2 - What are the Drupal modules best suited to manage these issues.
- Videos.
- Document Management.
- Photo gallery.
- Manager form (can easily add form of BackOffice with simple clicks, creating different fields and labels, with validation-javascript ...)
- Management Jobs.
- NewsLetter
- FAQ
- RSS
- Site Map
- Liaison between articles and media (doc, photos, videos ...)
- Manager comments on articles.
- Poll
- Manager banners.
And one last module to be used for the presentation of school teachers, each teacher will have a photo, description, or the subjects he teaches, his diplomas and other info ... This module should be easily manageable in backoffice. I think this module should be developed hand in hand so I can use something like a catalog just ready to serve the same purpose.
Finally I would like you please also request information regarding the template system Drupal, is that it is easy to manage? can be used and easily switch between different templates?
PS: The good tutorials and documentation are all on the official websites or Drupal should see on other links, too?
Sorry for the post a little long.

First, welcome to D. Thought
First, welcome to D.
Thought I'd jump in and make a suggestion since you've had no answers in 3 days. When I saw this post my impression was that the questions are too many and the required guidance too broad. I hope some brave soul comes along and answers this question for you but it's essentially asking the community to be the architect and developer. Perhaps you could break the question into several small posts, each of which will be quicker and easier to answer (eating the elephant so to speak).
Anyway, just thought I'd make these constructive points because it's frustrating when questions go unanswered and it would be a shame to have your first experience at D to be negative.
One thing I would suggest is to dive into the documentation which provides a lot great material on all things D. http://drupal.org/support
Also, take a look in the contributed modules on drupal.org http://drupal.org/project/modules by doing a search (see "search modules" on the right menu in the modules section) on each of the features you'd like to incorporate into your site. For example, there is an FAQ module.
I hope this is helpful and at least gets you going.
I think out of ur list,
I think out of ur list, Drupal handles RSS, comments on articles and Polls by default. For the rest I think you would have to search for modules. Even polls and comments out of the box aren't too great so you will probably need to look at http://drupal.org/project/advpoll for polls and for comments I would suggest u check out http://drupal.org/project/disqus
Sitemap - http://drupal.org/project/site_map
Gallery - http://drupal.org/project/gallery
Newsletter - http://drupal.org/project/simplenews
For images etc you should probably look at http://drupal.org/project/imageapi/ and its related modules.
The rest of the modules and tutorials u should be able to find in the links given by TrinitySEM
And templates are fairly straightforward. And switching between templates is pretty easy.
