I get this error:

I installed Revisioning then I disabled and uninstalled

I cannot goto edit content types page.

Can you visit "admin/build/modules" page ? Seems like you have unclean uninstall, and menu system needs manual rebuilding.

i did goto that page and uninstall

but then i get the error.

Menu system must remove menu items that are in disabled modules. When you visit that page, it rebuilds it's internal "cache".

On my development site I successfully disabled and uninstalled Revisioning and there are no WSODs. There must be some other reason why it fails for you. I suggest you to enable and disable it again. Maybe problem will be fixed on second run.
