Based on this post http://drupal.org/node/541048 I thought the issues with translating block titles was corrected.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I can't seem to find translation strings for Menu Block titles even after refreshing, in either search, the translation tables, or using the localization client.

I would be happy to troubleshoot this more, but I am not sure what else to try.
