Contact form - "Page not found"

In "Administer > Access Control" I have enabled - "access contacts" permission for all roles: anonymous, authorized users and moderators. I also created a new contact form in "Administer > Contact Form" and named it: "web admin".

Anyway, not a single user can access that particular form no matter which role does he belong to... I have enabled i18n module, so the URL is something like http://example.com/hr/kontakt/web+admin

This is what the content of http://example.com/hr/kontakt/list looks like:

contact list
Who would you like to contact?
- web admin

Click on "web admin" ends up with "page not found".
