Menu Subtree Permissions
Provide means to allow users to modify parts of the menu without giving permissions for the whole menu structure.

I (rwohleb) have taken over maintenance of this module. I've committed a refactored version for D6. Once I've gotten some feedback on it, I'll roll out a beta release. Please help test!
