URL Content Field is a Drupal 7 field type that pulls in content from a given URL on a given frequency. By itself, it's useful for applying Drupal search to non-Drupal sites or keeping an archive of a specific URL over time (as node revisions). Beyond that, future submodules should be able to update other fields whenever URL content fields update, allowing more fine-grained use of off-site content.
