This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.
This is a small module I've created in order to fix the "public://feeds" issue at Feeds.
It's a replacement for the Feeds core plugin "Feeds File Fetcher", and it only replaces the line 132 of FeedsFileFetcher.inc from
$feed_dir = 'public://feeds';
to
$feed_dir = file_default_scheme() . '://feeds';
