Overrides paths for taxonomy terms, to go to the page of your choice rather than the usual taxonomy term listing. Hard-coded for now; serves as an example, but the goal is to be configurable.

An alternative widget for the core Moderation State to allow editors to select from available transitions, instead of state names.
