New features

Tool Workspace provides workspace management tools that integrate the Tool module with the Workspaces module, enabling content staging operations through the Tool plugin system.

Tools Included:

• Added custom user-agent string for logging improvements
• Cleaned up code for D11 readiness

This fixes a long-standing UI bug and merges Automatic Updates Extensions into the main Automatic Updates module. If you have Automatic Updates Extensions installed, you can uninstall it after updating.
