This is a substantial bugfix/feature update for the shield module.
This release fixes all existing known bugs and introduces some long wanted features. Please read the release notes carefully. If you're having issues with this release and just need the security release, download Shield 8.x-1.9
This is the last version of Shield to support Drupal 9.5 and PHP 8.1. 8.x-1.11 will require PHP 8.3 and 10.3+
First release of the 4.x branch, for Drupal 11.4 and Drupal 12. It has the same features as 3.1, without the code 3.1 deprecated, and it includes the fix for SA-CONTRIB-2026-238.
Alpha releases are not covered by the Drupal security advisory policy. Sites that need that coverage should stay on 3.0.x.
First beta of the 3.1 branch: its API is now settled, and further 3.1 releases only fix bugs. It includes the fix for SA-CONTRIB-2026-238, already released in 3.0.2. It also fixes the uninstall fatal error on Drupal 11.4, the Set domain source bulk action, and several domain source URL and caching issues.
Beta releases are not covered by the Drupal security advisory policy. Sites that need that coverage should stay on 3.0.x.
