This release fixes bugs. Rules keep their parent menu link after a migration rollback or a configuration import. The rule form does not fail when a module decorates the menu parent selector. Other modules can control access to the rule forms.

- Chat: offer a reasoning effort setting for models that support it.
Choices and the default come from OpenRouter model metadata, and the selected value is sent as reasoning.effort.
