Require wallee/sdk 4.8.1 (#3634410).

wallee/sdk 3.2.0 ships a CA bundle from 2023 and forces cURL to use it. That bundle has no Amazon Root CA 1, so API calls to app-wallee.com fail with "SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate". SDK 4.8.1 keeps the same ApiClient API, tries the system CA store first, and its bundle includes Amazon Root CA 1.

The constraint is exactly 4.8.1, not ^4.8. SDK 4.9.x ships the old bundle again.

Cart, checkout and profile operations now follow the same rules as the Commerce cart and checkout forms. All sites using the Commerce GraphQL extensions should update.

Fixes an error when a View has no base entity type by guarding the Views pre-execute and pre-render hooks. Includes a Kernel regression test.

Issue #3624004: Guard proposed by Vanessa Fayard. The reporter’s exact Views reference field configuration still needs verification.
