To followup on #831162: cannot login on stackoverflow or dotnetopenid sites, which was blocked forever because of redmine, I'm opening a different issue for this. The redmine bug is here: http://www.redmine.org/issues/8399

In case somebody searches for something like this, the symptom I was able to get is:

'Unexpected parameter (not on return_to): 'form_id'=nil)

form_alter to the rescue, I have committed a fix and will rollout new releases shortly.

I got to say this one was hard, especially because redmine couldn't provide meaningful error messages...
