My friend's userid is "eyashwant" was not accessible yesterday evening IST and its blocked today morning. He is the president of South Indian Drupal User Association and active conductor or events for studets in drupal. Please help him out with account activation. Moving to needs review. I'd like to see what other maintainers think and see if there are other reports of unwanted spam.

Reasonable outreach if it was thought appropriate on some topics makes sense, but this seemed like just blanket spam to me.
