Just out of curiosity, are there any blockers preventing a 7.x-1.0 release?
Do we need to do any more testing or is it good to go?

I'm not aware of anything serious preventing a release.

It would be nice to reduce the number of open issues before we release, but nothing is important enough to block really.

The biggest blocker is limited time for me and merlin :)

FYI #1816558: Plan for Panels_Everywhere 7.x-1.0 release is being built in tandem, most of the D7 patches are resulting in quick rerolls for D6.
