Apparently all that's required is implementation of hook_references_dialog_entity_admin_paths
#1817524: No add nor edit links for custom entity

There is some uncoordinated effort around standardizing CRUD info into entity api, but for now it'd be really useful if ECK were compatible with References Dialog.

I'll roll a patch when I have a few minutes.

This works well, but maybe you want this more structured like the hook_menu stuff?
