tmgmt 7.x-1.0-beta1

The first beta release for Translation Management Tool. This means that we consider the API to be complete for a first stable release, the user interfaces and processes are working and well tested.

Additionally, this release comes with a number of improvements and new features, most notably:

• A new top level menu entry called "Translation", with a combined sources tab that lists all source overviews on the same level.
• A user interface for i18n strings that allows to translate all defined i18n objects like blocks, fields, node types, contact categories, terms, menus, menu links and many more

, including overviews.

• A suggestions API, that allows to recommend related content that could also be translated when creating translation jobs
• Improved labels in the job user interface, unnecessary repetitive (like Translation of ...) labels removed, Plugin labels replaced with a more flexible Type label where appropriate and the entity overview now displays the bundle.
• A number of improvements for the local translator UI and API's

This release also fixes a number of bugs, most notably an incorrect handling of translations in the content translation source when fields are set to translatable and some schema improvements to allow installation with MyISAM.
