Am I missing something here and am really stupid with this one or why did noone else complain about this yet? I don't see how PE can work for anyone with this bug currently. Weird :P

FYI the first one is solved by #1866614: PHP 5.4, passing args by reference and "panels_everywhere_theme_registry_alter()", so lets keep them separate.
