Page title and panel

It seems that metatag set with context conflict with Panel:

Conditions are well set as description tag is taken from the context. But title is set from the panel, no matter
- the weight of metatag: context. -100 or 100 does not change anything
- the configuration of the panel: no title, empty .. Panel set the rules and title from the context is ignored.

Does someone encounters the same issue or solved it?
