search_api_solr 7.x-1.3

This is release 1.3 of the Search API Solr Search module. It contains several small improvements to the module.

There was one small change to the configuration files since release 1.2 (#2033913: Small error in schema.xml), but it should be inconsequential for almost all users and updating your Solr server's configuration files is not necessary. (It is, however, safely possible, without the need to re-index.)
No other update tasks are necessary.
