Current the Custom Filter do not show with other settings in admin/config, but it works if someone enters with admin/config/content/customfilter. This is important to fix as the people will think that the module just is not installed.

Fixed in git: http://drupalcode.org/project/customfilter.git/commit/9f7998a.

Maybe we have to work again on this, when Drupal remove hook menu. So I will close as fixed now(because it is fixed with this commit) and reopen latter if is necessary.
