Style "Pager ID" when adding a view pane in a way that makes sense

This may be a regression introduced by #2016527: Panopoly Magic: use #parents instead of checking under exposed, because I recall this looking better and that issue changed some of the classes/id's on that form, so the styling might not be working like it used to.
