search_api_solr 7.x-1.4

This is release 1.4 of the Search API Solr Search module. It contains numerous bug fixes as well as several new features. An update is recommended.

One particular new feature is the one committed in #2130827: Add additional Solr server information to the Server overview, which (together with #2130819: UI improvements for the "View" tabs from the Search API, contained in its 1.10 release) adds additional Solr server information to the search server's "View" tab.

There were several config file changes introduced in this release:

• #2107417: Multiple values in solrconfig.xml cause error with solr 4.5+
• #2064377: Make configuration files compatible with Solr Cloud.
• #1992806: Fix wrong path to contrib dir in 4.x
• #2146729: Set autoSoftCommit in 4.x solrconfig.xml
• #1984410: Search for keywords that start with a lower-case letter but contain an upper-case letter return no results
• #1896080: Include elevate.xml and other required config files
• #2158939: Fix typos and other small mistakes

After replacing the config files, searches will continue to work normally, no re-indexing is required.
However, if you are experiencing the problems described in #1984410: Search for keywords that start with a lower-case letter but contain an upper-case letter return no results, you will still have to re-index for the contained fix to take effect.

Note: If you are still using Solr 1.4 with this module, please be aware that this will probably the last release (officially) supporting it: #2162627: Remove Solr 1.4 support. You should switch to a newer Solr version in any case, though, as the feature and performance improvements have really been immense since then.
