Release notes

Previous release 7.x-1.0-alpha3 had significant background changes, which allowed to fix a bunch of issues. The issues were automatically closed yesterday - in two weeks after the release. So, it is time to put 7.x-1.x branch of the modute to "beta" level. Current release 7.x-1.0-beta1 is the same as 7.x-1.0-alpha3 plus some basic automated testing.
