dijup tuladhar commentedI remember reverting some of the features does that make effect in this sections too.
Will that change the relation between section and panalizer.
dijup tuladhar commentedI am confirm that this bug was generated due to update in OA version 2.15
To replicate the issue
1. Make some changes in section theme ie for document
2. Go to document section reset its theme [ customize the theme and reset it to default theme]
3. No you will see that document list is not there and there is no relation between section theme and the section page.

dijup tuladhar commentedI think the issue is with update in ctools or panels update. I update the code to 2.15 excluding ctools and panels update and it is working fine till now.
Once I update those two modules my section theme act weird and theme breaks down as i mentioned earlier.

mpotter commentedI cannot reproduce this. Perhaps you don't have the correct patches for ctools or panels, but using a fresh install I can change the section layout for either News or Discussions and my changes are shown properly on the section landing pages.
Try reverting the oa_layouts feature. Check any other feature exports you might have made. The 2.15 update to ctools changed to using a unique id for individual panes stored in a panelizer layout and perhaps your site is still referring to the old machine names rather than the new ones.
Also keep in mind that the latest ctools update was a security update so reverting to a previous version might be a security problem for your site.
In any case, bumping the priority back down to normal since this is not affecting other users and postponing until a procedure to reproduce this on a fresh install can be found.

dijup tuladhar commentedI tried to update the remaining modules ctools, panels and panalizer in my current instant of installation and here are some of the changers I found in the site.
