Alternative to existing module - replace the Commerce offline payments modules

There is a commit on dev version for replacing Commerce Credit card on Delivery module.

It just about disable the Commerce Credit card on Delivery module and enable the "Cash on Delivery payment" features from "Commerce (offline payments)" package.

It will be nice if i'll have some feeback on this so i could continue with the others modules:

• Commerce Bank Transfer
• Commerce Cheque
• Commerce Credit card on Delivery
• Commerce pay in person

It will be nice if i'll have some feeback on this, so i can release a new version and some migration documentation from the modules to these new features.

I consider this features implemented.
New beta version released with them.
