It took me a while to find the http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/graphic-name.html page that shows what exactly this graphicName is. This patch adds a link to that page in the description of the field and a list of possible values.

The reason I did not turn it into a list of options is that you can create custom graphics. I have created a separate issue about supporting these here: http://drupal.org/node/929354
