Integration with deploy

With the need growing to make more drupal stageable it would be nice to have node specific access settings stageable. Issue #871770: Content Access support for Features exportables provides a start to have the content type settings exported by features is allready great. But even greater would be integration with http://drupal.org/project/deploy so individual node settings are stageable.
