Features
Once you install the module, go to Block Layout and place the block called 'Accessible Back to Top block' in any region. The arrow should display on the page when you scroll down a bit.
Post-Installation
The button should work out of the box once the block is placed in a Region from the Block Layout page.
Customize the button styles in your CSS by using the 'class back-to-top'.
