Acquia CMS is an opinionated distribution of Drupal 9 for running low-code websites on the Acquia hosting platform. It represents best practices from thousands of successful customer deployments, and is designed to speed time to value for marketing focused organizations.
It includes:
- Automated integrations with Acquia products, such as Site Studio and Acquia Search - with more to come.
- A set of starter UI components and a demo website, all built using Acquia Site Studio.
- An expandable content model, including preconfigured content types, media types, and taxonomy.
- Reasonable configuration for security, performance, publishing workflows, decoupled integrations, and more - all informed by the extensive build experiences from Acquia's professional services, demo, and partner teams.
