Acquia Migrate: Accelerate aims to capture the Drupal community's expertise for Drupal 7 → 9 migrations in recommendations, makes it easy to generate a Drupal 9 project based on any existing Drupal 7 site and start migrating with a powerful UI (and equivalent CLI):
How to install
❌ DO NOT install this like any other Drupal module: composer require 'drupal/acquia_migrate' will not work.
✅ DO acli app:new:from:drupal7 — which will also automatically install and patch Drupal 9 equivalents for most (perhaps all) of your Drupal 7 modules!

⚠️ If you're using macOS, make sure to do brew install gpatch first, because the default patch fails to apply certain patches.
⚠️ If you're seeing PHP warnings and errors in your migration messages: reinstall the AM:A-created site and switch to PHP 7.4 instead (because 99% of migrations were written during the PHP 7 era, not PHP 8).
