Is there any way to make a feed with the list of Activity Stream and each user have his own megafeed?

You could create a mega rss feed per user with views / views rss.

Is there any way to categories the nodes of Activity Stream as the sites of feed sources.

For example categories all nodes from twitter in category named twitter and then create a block(or feed) with views to display all users' twitter nodes?

That's a separate request. Please don't add different requests to an existing issue -- create a new issue instead.

Views could do it. However, I'll add a feature to generate RSS feeds natively.
