Allows to add /edit /delete / translate content in a modal or dialog (off canvas tray)
On the configuration page you can specify which content types needs to be "altered" in a modal and what type of modal you want to use.
Revision history, entity queue & devel are also opened in modal (for local tasks)
Why?
Skips a step and allows for a faster and more fluent editorial experience.
Use case
When building pages via Layout Builder the node edit page is quite "useless" and this allows for a better and faster UX experience.
Notes
The /admin/content/add page cannot be altered due to "strange" items in the TPL.
This is still on the todo list if we can alter this.
To fix Media Library popup use this patch from core:
