Save and Add Another feature on node creation forms pushes content to the database fine, but does not register changes in content listings for views associated with organic groups based on contextual relationship and argument set up to associate a listing of content related with a particular Group.
If I go back and edit a node of content type X I created using Save and Add Another and just click Save, the issue resolves and the Views List shows up fine with the updated entry. Likewise, if I instead enable Add Another option after node creation and go this route, no problems occur.
