No itens from Navigation menu are present in administration menu. The navigation menu is not altered, it keeps its items instead of being moved to admin menu.
Other items (cache, content, disconnect) show up correclty.

It seems it is outdated because Drupal 6 is EOL (End-of-life) and will no longer be supported.
