Update Manager Advanced

Advanced Update Report enhances the default Drupal “Available updates” email by including detailed information normally available at /admin/reports/updates/update, along with direct links to module updates and their release notes.

This allows you to quickly assess the importance of updates without logging into the site. For example, if only a non-critical module is affected, you can safely postpone the update and save time.

Security Updates Block

The module provides a "Security Updates" block that can be placed in a prominent region (e.g., alert or header) to keep administrators informed about critical updates.

Dependencies

No additional dependencies are required.

Optionally, you can use a mail theming module such as Swift Mailer (or any alternative) to send emails styled with your site’s theme.
