This just started with the March 28 6.x-1.0 update:
On the overview page, all the spam links are (now) incorrect and broken. All of the links are in this format:

http://mysite.com/node/143801#comment-143801 
http://mysite.com/node/143799#comment-143799

Note that the NID and CID are the same.. it appears that CID is correct, but it's also using the CID as the NID.
