The new ajax style uploader for user avatar (user picture), including avatar cropping after upload.
Gmail, Quora and more and more websites use this way for user picture uploader.
This module used Simple Ajax Uploader, and provide a basic uploader panel, for more effect, you can do your custom javascript.
Such as, users' mouse hover on avatar, the edit link will slideup, or others.
Also when user uploaded the photo, then this module provides a crop panel to crop image.
