Event map views may not display all events if there are repeats

Since event map views are by default sorted by node ids, and because there is a limit of ten occurrences set for the view, if the next (by node id) event is a recurring one, it may take up all ten slots and the remaining events would not show up. We need to find another way to do this view.

Ideas:
Group by some field
Only show the next (x) events but sort by event date
Show all events for the next (x) weeks
