[D7] Block Reorder

This module enables user to manage blocks at node level. User can manage the order of the blocks at each node.
It'll override the default order of blocks view and can be reorder for each node.

Note:- You can not change the region of block at template level.
Reorder only with in the region.

-- STEPS TO FOLLOW --

1. Enable the module. After enabling, this will add a widget type.

2. Create a field of widget type Block Reorder in any content type.
At field configuration, Select the regions of block in which you want to
reorder the blocks. And arrange the order of blocks of the selected region.

3. Create node of that content type and can manage the order of block at node
level also and see the respective changes.
