Defines an OperationInterface, and exposes Operation objects as plugins via Cfr Plugin API.
Visit admin/operations/cfrop as administrator, and execute any of those operations.
This module can sometimes be a convenient replacement for devel/php, for custom drush commands, or even for hook_update_N().
Or, you can create and execute your operations from drush or hook_update_N() or anywhere.
