When I upload the latest dev, I get a white screen on all sites with this errror

From which date u have this DEV?
In the last DEV source code of this file end on line 224.
Maybe try to update to last DEV...

I tried again to upload the latest dev, and this time it works without any problem.
I really don't know what happened.
