Reimplementation of ckeditor_readmore module, which works only for Drupal 8/9 and doesn't work for CKE5.
So main idea is to have the same functionality but for D10 + CKE5.
I decided to add two buttons instead of one: one to add read-more container wrapper and another one to remove it.
Plugin settings form and front-end script I copied from ckeditor_readmore project.
