Logging config override
Basic settings override
COI settings form

Config Override Inspector provides indicators to administrators where form fields represent configuration that is overridden.

This module is especially useful for developers working on sites where there are configuration overrides in place depending on the environment. It prevents confusion that arise when changing a form setting, but appears to not take effect.

Important: Config Override Core Fields must also be installed for COI to recognise field-config-mapping provided by Drupal core and its bundled modules.

Installation

  1. Install and enable COI and Config Override Core Fields
  2. The module is pre-configured and ready to go apon installation.
  3. COI can be configured at Administration » Configuration » User interface (/admin/config/user-interface/coi)
