Hi,

This module doesn't work on a normal commerce site.
Because a normal commerce site doesn't have the view commerce_cart..
Simpel import the included view and place the view block.

This is a duplicate of #2147697: Top cart of a stock Drupal Commerce doesn't work with this module please try the patch there to see if it helps?
