This project originally integrated Commerce Core 1.x with the Features module for Drupal 7. This paradigm has long since been replaced by configuration management in core.

Drupal 7 module functionality
This module added support for exporting the configuration of various parts of Drupal Commerce to code, including product types, tax types, tax rates, and customer profile types.
Originally developed to support Commerce Kickstart 2.x, this module is no longer required as of Drupal 8+, because Drupal now offers much better configuration management in core.
